How I work

Working directly with individuals

Most of my clients are private individuals who find themselves navigating legal systems across national borders, whether through family, property, residence, or personal affairs. Each situation carries its own mix of jurisdictions, and it is rarely obvious at the outset which one matters most.

You deal with me directly from the first conversation to the final step. I do not hand your file to junior staff, so you always know who is responsible for your matter and how it is progressing.

Engagement

Three steps, in plain terms

01

Initial review

We begin with a conversation about your circumstances, the documents you already hold, and what you hope to achieve. This shows whether the matter fits the practice.

02

Jurisdictional clarification

Where more than one jurisdiction may be involved, I explain which legal systems apply, how they interact, and which questions need answering before any decision is made.

03

Action plan

You receive a clear, written plan setting out the practical steps, realistic timing, and the points where your input is needed. The aim is a pragmatic route rather than unnecessary procedure.
